My husband Bob and I moved to Lexington from New York in 1975. Although a high school English teacher in the past, I spent my initial years in Lexington as a stay-at-home mom of 3 daughters but active at our church and schools. I was president of the PTA at Cassidy Elementary, Morton Junior High(2X) and Henry Clay High School. At the Cathedral of Christ the King, I served as President of the Church Council and am now in its Bereavement Ministry. As well as being on the Senior Center Board, I am on the garden committee, deliver commodities and help with the newsletter mailing. Tennis, gardening and chauffeuring my grandchildren are my daily passions. I am married with three daughters, have six grandchildren and two great grandchildren, all of whom live within an hour of our home.
