Lauren Roach is a doctoral candidate at UK studying gerontology, with a specialized focus in how childhood trauma may influence risk of memory impairment later in life. You’ll also find Lauren volunteering with Dementia Friendly Lexington and AARP, or working on driving behavior research with the College of Engineering at UK. Outside of work and volunteering, Lauren enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family.
